YKAN is seeking a consultant to help develop a Social Management Plan for a forestry company in Berau, East Kalimantan Province. The Management Plan should be developed through a participatory process, using SIGAP approach, conducted in 5 (five) villages adjacent to the forest concessions. The Management Plan should align the necessity of the company and community, and help achieve the company’s mission i.e., becoming a model of sustainable and profitable production forestry through implementation of improved forest management and multi-business – in collaboration with local community and indigenous people.
