Wehea-Kelay landscape is the area with multi-functional management type, includes the forest protection, forestry concessions, plantations, and community land areas. Collaborative management plan that initiated in 2015 generated positive impact for the ecosystem. Meanwhile, economic situation in forestry sector that covered most of the landscape is deteriorate. Thus, it is required to empower through related situation and policy analysis, and instrumentation of implementable, profitable, and sustainable roadmap.
