Yayasan Konservasi Alam Nusantara (YKAN) is a science-based non-profit organization that has been active in Indonesia since 2014. With a mission to protect both terrestrial and marine areas as life-supporting systems, YKAN provides innovative solutions to achieve harmony between nature and people through effective natural resource management, a non-confrontational approach, and building partnerships with all stakeholders for a sustainable Indonesia. Currently, YKAN is seeking a Product Development and Market Engagement Coordinator to support its Blue Economy program in the Bangka–Belitung, Berau, and Central Maluku regions. This position is aimed at strengthening YKAN’s supported micro-enterprise groups through technical assistance, product development, business planning, and market research.

Key responsibilities include compiling business profiles, mapping supply chains, conducting market and stakeholder analyses, and facilitating training and product marketing. The consultant will also assist with packaging design, production Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), and connecting the community business groups with markets and relevant stakeholders. The expected outputs are strategic documents and reports that contribute to enhancing the competitiveness and sustainability of local enterprises.

The duration of work is 8 months, from May to December 2025.
