In January 2023, YKAN, in collaboration with Upacaya, has carried out entrepreneurship assistance activities in the aspect of preparing business plans for 3 assisted partners in Kelay District, Berau Regency with the achievement target of compiling a group business plan, compiling a financial analysis of group businesses and access to capital through Bank Rakyat Indonesia Bayur Bay Unit Office. After this activity, until now only the Makmur Jaya II Farmers Group has carried out follow-up actions to access business capital credit from BRI and 2 groups. others are still in the stage of structuring business unit governance.

Mentoring activities are an important part that is necessary in strengthening a business unit so that the business unit that has been built is able to run and achieve the desired targets. This includes building the ability to adapt to internal and external dynamics and changes that will affect the sustainability of the business unit. For this reason, YKAN plans to look for experts (consultants) who will provide continued assistance in strengthening business units in target villages.
