Infrastructure & eApps WBPU

 

A.      BACKGROUND

 

PT Wana Bakti Persada Utama (WBPU) committed to maintaining a balance between production, conservation, and social responsibility that impacts the community’s welfare in the concession area, through multi-business practices and responsible forest management to support nature protection. PT Wana Bakti Persada Utama (WBPU) is a organization that has a significant contribution to protecting Indonesia's nature and has a business plan that is very dynamic in its development, currently requiring improvement to be able to support WBPU Operational and carry out its work plans. WBPU requires of platform application, to assist and expedite operational process in WBPU. This includes process creating cloud infrastructure, database and application.

The objective is to create cloud infrastructure, database and application module

 

C.      SCOPE

 

The scope of work is:

 

Cloud Infrastructure

 

1.       Create AWS Cloud Infrastructure

2.       Create Email Elastic API Infrastructure

3.       Create Linux Operating System

4.       Create PHP Web Development environment

5.       Create Apache Web Server

6.       Create MySQL Relational Database Management System

7.       Integration domain wbpu.co.id into Web Server

 

Application Replication & Migration

 

1.       Create WBPU eEmployee

2.       Create WBPU eAsset

3.       Create WBPU SuperApps Dashboard Portal

4.       Create user Management : User, Role, Group, Menu, Sub Menu & Controller

5.       Create User Experience Menu Login, Forgot Password

 

Database & Configuration

 

1.       Import employee data & Import asset data

2.       Create Cron automatization to backup data & application

3.       Create User Acceptance Testing Document

4.       Create Manual book/Guide for Staff Document

5.       Create Application Technical Document
