USAID Sustainable Environmental Governance Across Regions (SEGAR) is a project funded by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) in collaboration with the National Development Planning Agency (Bappenas). A five-year initiative (2021-2026), USAID SEGAR works to support Indonesia's development goals of balancing biodiversity conservation and sustainable land use with inclusive economic and livelihood development.

USAID-SEGAR project implementation has started since February 2021 in four provinces: Aceh, West Kalimantan, Central Kalimantan, and East Kalimantan.  Implementation in East Kalimantan covers the districts of Berau, East Kutai and Mahakam Ulu, where YKAN is a member of a consortium that will support the achievement of project outputs.

Entering the second year of implementation of USAID-SEGAR activities, YKAN is committed to assisting the government of Mahakam Ulu district to implement sustainable agriculture development. As part of this commitment to sustainable agriculture development, a consultant is needed to help develop and facilitate the document of HCVA monitoring and evaluation plan (RPP ANKT) in Mahakam Ulu & East Kutai. Based on this, YKAN is opening the job vacancy through an open tender on the YKAN e-procurement website. This work will be carried out for 60 effective working days outside the validity period of the contract.
