The Yayasan Konservasi Alam Nusantara (YKAN) has received grant funding from UBS Optimus Foundation Europe (UBS-OF) for the project titled "Restoring and Protecting Mangroves in Ogan Komering Ilir Regency" to encourage the restoration and sustainable management of mangrove forests in South Sumatra Province. In accordance with Grant Letter for Grant ID: 51593, YKAN is required to send its audited annual financial statement to UBS-OF within 30 days of such statement being certified by an independent external auditor. 

The Auditor is required to report an audit report that explains the auditor's review of the financial statements of the UBS-OF fund by taking into account the following framework:

1.                  The audit will cover the period of the grant from January 15th, 2021 to April 30th, 2025.

2.                  Determine the regularity of receipt, custody, and expenditure for YKAN resources according to specific conditions and General conditions.

Assess overall operational and internal control system for the management of the projects.
